Hi readers, I wanted to let you know my new article was just published in the Fall Journal of the Price-Pottenger Nutrition Foundation titled Anxiety: Inflammatory Origins and Natural Treatments.
This one’s on the link between anxiety/panic syndromes and chronic inflammation. There are almost 50 papers referenced in this article, and it represents months of research. I believe it is the most comprehensive article written to date summarizing what we know about the anxiety-inflammation link and includes some specific nutritional interventions as well.
Thanks to my Co-author, Dr. Kelly Brogan, MD
My co-author on this paper was Dr. Kelly Brogan, MD, and I am so grateful for her work and insight into researching this topic. Dr. Brogan is a board-certified psychiatrist, is an instructor at NYU School of Medicine, and has a private practice in New York City. She has has become a well-known leader in the field of holistic psychiatry, particularly for women. I cannot say enough about her drive to provide evidence-based treatments to her patients.
For those interested in reading this paper, it was published in the members-only journal of the Price-Pottenger Nutrition Foundation. However, they have given me permission to share it to my readers here.
